What we arrange

Ten things we handle before you ask.

Most of what makes a Telluride trip excellent is unbookable from your phone the weekend you arrive. The relationships are years old. We'll use ours.

  • 01

    Pre-arrival grocery & pantry stocking

From a quick coffee kit to a full week of provisions — delivered and put away before you arrive.

Otherwise: a 90-minute stop at Clark's Market with two suitcases in tow, jet-lagged.

  • 02

Lift tickets, ski rentals & lessons

Multi-day passes waiting at the home; boots fitted and delivered; private instructors booked to your level.

Otherwise: standing in the rental line at 8:30am while the first chair fills.

  • 03

    Private chefs & in-home dining

Weeknight family dinners to multi-course tasting menus. Dietary restrictions quietly handled.

Otherwise: the table for nine you couldn't get on a Saturday in February.

  • 04

    Airport & in-town transfers

MTJ and Telluride Regional pickups, plus a driver on call throughout your stay.

Otherwise: the snowstorm pickup that turns into a two-hour wait for a single car.

  • 05

    Adventure desk

Heli-skiing, backcountry guides, ice climbing, fly fishing, gondola-accessed hikes — booked with the outfitters we trust.

Otherwise: which of the four heli outfits actually flies in marginal weather?

  • 06

    Babysitters, nannies & kids' programming

Vetted local sitters. Kids' ski school enrollment. Rainy-day activity planning.

Otherwise: the babysitter Yelp can't verify, on the night you have a 7pm reservation.

  • 07

    Wellness

In-home massage, yoga, and recovery — sauna, cold plunge, IV drip, or a morning hike led by a guide.

Otherwise: the spa's only opening is Tuesday at 11am — when you'd planned to ski.

  • 08

    Restaurant reservations

The tables that are "fully booked" online. We have the relationships.

Otherwise: the OpenTable map of red squares from now through Saturday.

  • 09

    Event access

Telluride Film Festival, Bluegrass, Blues & Brews, Jazz Festival — passes, seats, and the after-parties.

Otherwise: the resale market three weeks before the festival.

  • 10

    Floral, photography & special occasions

Anniversaries, proposals, birthdays, surprise setups. A single discreet call handles it.

Otherwise: the surprise that isn't one because you had to coordinate it from your phone.

How it works

Three steps, and then your stay begins.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you want

A short form or a text thread the moment you book. If in doubt, send a loose sentence. We will untangle it.

  2. 02

    We handle it

Bookings, deliveries, logistics — all before arrival. The team in Telluride works with the suppliers on your behalf.

  3. 03

    Walk in, unwind

Your fridge is stocked, your tickets are on the counter, dinner is at 7. You deal only with the part of the trip worth dealing with.

In their words

"We arrived to a fire lit, groceries put away, and a handwritten note with the restaurant reservations we'd asked for and three we hadn't. Then we didn't hear from them again, which was the highest compliment."
