Tucked into the east end of Telluride, E. Columbia is a beautifully renovated home that puts Main Street, Town Park, the gondola, restaurants, shops, and trails all within an easy walk. Sleeping six, the home is equally well suited to a ski week, summer escape, or a few relaxing days in the mountains.

The outdoor deck is one of the home's defining spaces. A private hot tub sits beneath surrounding peaks alongside a gas fire table, sectional, and grill. In winter, it is a place to settle in after the lifts close; in summer, it becomes an extension of the house for long evenings outside.

Inside, warm mountain character is balanced by a clean, contemporary layout. The main living room centers around a gas fireplace accompanied by a wet bar and glass-front cabinetry nearby. Downstairs, a separate media lounge offers another fireplace and an oversized sectional for movie nights or quiet afternoons in.

The kitchen is a chef's dream and designed for large family meals. A long marble island anchors the room, complemented by a gas range, stainless-steel hood, generous counter space, and plenty of room for everyone to gather while dinner comes together.

Upstairs, the primary suite sits beneath a vaulted ceiling with a king bed and a marble-clad bath featuring a freestanding soaking tub. The guest bedroom has its own ensuite bath, with an additional full bath and powder room serving the rest of the home.

For all of its interior comforts, the location may be the home's greatest luxury. Step outside and the historic Downtown Telluride is at your disposal. Morning coffee on Colorado Avenue, ski days starting at the Gondola or Chair 8, summer afternoons in Town Park, dinner downtown, and a quiet walk home at the end of the night.
