Can you visit Telluride without a car?

A stay without a car can work when your airport transfer, daily journeys and the route to your front door are planned together. Choose a home around the places you will actually visit, and check transport for your dates before booking. A Telluride or Mountain Village address alone does not establish a convenient walking route.

Arrange arrival and departure first.

Book transfers for both ends of your stay and confirm the provider serves your home, flight times, group size and luggage. Share any child-seat or accessibility requirements when making the arrangement. Bridal Veil Lodging’s concierge can help you find providers serving Montrose and Telluride Regional airports.

Check the complete journey.

The town’s transport information describes seasonal bus services and Dial-A-Ride for eligible TMVOA member residences and their visitors. Dial-A-Ride requires an access code; confirm your home’s arrangements with the team instead of assuming it is included.
